The absolute worst service. Idk when Access in Culver City switched from Mixlab to this run down POS pharmacy but you may as well throw your money in the toilet. Had the rudest man call from AHS pharmacy to confirm the rx delivery for the next day. He said the driver would leave my pet’s drugs on the side of the road if he couldn’t get ahold of me (yes even with directions for getting in the building and my phone number). Well guess what, today the rx was supposed to be delivered but instead the driver just left it somewhere. No calls returned from AHS pharmacy. Tell your vet you want to use your own pharmacy (chewy, mixlab, etc). Someone at Access in Culver City is clearly trying to throw their friend’s business some money by referring all rx’s here. Oh and they’re wayyyyy more expensive than using any of the national pet rx delivery services.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been working with AHS for years to help our patients obtain promptly filled medications with efficiency, accuracy and kindness. The entire team has been incredible to work with, and we look forward to continued collaboration with them!

I would recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone. They are professional, very competent, and fill prescriptions promptly. If there are any instructions that are important, they talk to you as well as putting instructions on the bottle. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Just had a wonderful conversation about my dog's med and different kind of flavors that are available. The pharmacist was thorough in explaining everything and the medication was ready fairly quickly. Thank you. BTW, my dog loves the taste of the medication.
