Chris was kind and helpful. Super cool vibes very laid back visit. They have four chairs for people who walk in and pick up to relax and wait in. They are air conditioned and have some of many different things you can expect to find in a pharmacy. They sell snacks and cold drinks. They have hygienic and dental care products, as well as beauty products. They are working diligently preparing orders. I waited approximately thirty minutes. If you park on the meters on Wilshire make sure to have plenty of coins for the meters. Meters maid police patrol the area and were present when I was there. All the pharmacists and pharmacy techs were super nice and hard working. When I was there I didn't need to worry about a line of people. Foot traffic was continuous, but not super busy. They were very personable and patient. I definitely recommend them. I had an excellent experience.

I've purchased prescription meds and sundry store items from this small independent Bev Hills pharmacy for years. Recently, after yet one more unspeakably stressful, godawful experience (of countless by now) at my longtime chain pharmacy (name hint:three letters), I just couldn't take it any more and finally switched ALL my prescriptions to Ace Medical. David Yashar and his friendly, helpful, capable staff are five-star all the way. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, intelligent, go-the-extra-yard... Joyful gasp - AVAILABLE to reach by PHONE! Meds show up reliably and quickly. I requested an over-the-counter hard-to-get med recently. It needed to be ordered. I was impressed that David immediately double-checked the sample I brought, noting its strength was DOUBLE that of an alternative available for him to order. Such accuracy speaks well for when one is getting a scrip drug. It's a huge relief knowing that here, you are SAFELY getting the CORRECT medication..AT its correct DOSAGE. Validated parking. Indie pharmacies in my experience tend to be smaller and thus must sometimes - not always - charge a bit more than large chains. Cost is always an issue but to my surprise, their scrips are not MUCH more than I'd paid at my previous place - and there are often coupons available. They are also proactive in LOOKING for those, too, to hlep find the best price. Finally, David and staff are very helpful at suggesting less costly alternatives wherever available for a particular med. I appreciate too that they often stock certain retail over-the-counter items not found in larger chains. All considered, though Ace is longer commute than my previous pharmacy, I personally find it's SO worth the extra time and a little bit more money to have made the switch! What a sense of relief when I did! Highly recommend!
