Got our first delivery--absolutely first rate. On time. Carefully placed by the front door. Perfectly wrapped in ice, as required. I am now smiling...Perfect! Many thanks!

I specifically requested that my medication be delivered to my front door. Instead, it was left on the stairs in front of my porch, which does not meet the delivery instructions and creates a risk of theft. More concerning was the delivery person’s unprofessional and dismissive response. The reference to “attempted murder” in this context was inappropriate and unwarranted, and does not reflect acceptable customer communication. This combination of incorrect delivery and unacceptable conduct has led me to discontinue using Alto Pharmacy.
