Very good deals good experience
First impression it looks y feels like a back alley "pharmacy". Everytime ive gone in to get prescriptions either with my insurance approvals, had to cutom order, shorted me meds, excuse after excuse excuse and the girls running this "pharmacy" know nothing about insurance protocol, meds, nor customer service to say the least. They have given incorrect information to me several times and i called them out on it and they copped an attitude and wanted to argue or debate the matter rather than consult a supervisor or manager. Thats more than likely why noones ever in there
The worst pharmacy I've ever had to receive medications. Home delivery is always complicated. This is the third time I've had problems like this. Last month, I received my medications three days after finishing my last dose. Yesterday, I called early to request delivery, and today is Saturday, and I still haven't received them, knowing that the delivery service doesn't operate on Saturdays. This situation is horrible, honestly. I don't know what's wrong with their employees, but I think they should improve their customer service and be more punctual. I don't have to keep calling to order my medications. They know perfectly well they should send them to my home every month. Another problem is that when you pick up your medication, they tell you it's ready for tomorrow. This is understandable, since they can't have it in stock at that time. But when you pick it up the next day, it turns out they don't have it ready, and you have to wait an hour for it to be prepared. It's really annoying to be tricked into believing it'll be ready for pickup, only to find out they haven't even counted the pills to put in the bottle. Another absurd thing that's happened to me with this pharmacy is that two months ago they gave me someone else's prescription. I didn't check it at the time—my mistake, but they have to do their job properly. Being at home, I thought all this medication seemed strange and thought the doctor had prescribed me new ones, but the fact is I took a pill that wasn't mine. What if something had happened to me? On top of that, every time you need to call their customer service number, they disconnect it so they don't receive so many calls. That's the logic I find behind this because every month sometimes they receive calls and sometimes they don't. The excuse they give is that they have problems with the phone, but do they have problems every month? I don't believe it. Anyway, I'm thinking about changing pharmacies because this one is a disaster, and the staff is even more so. I'm tired of complaining; in the end, I don't solve anything. They always do the same thing. I hope this serves as a kind of vent for whoever reads this comment to never get involved with this pharmacy.
I was told unless I fall into a few special patient categories (HIV, hepatitis C, and some other category) they wouldn't be able to serve me. What a weird concept — do they fill prescriptions only for special medications addressing these special conditions, or do they just not want to serve random people? I wanted to support an independent pharmacy instead of Walgreens, and nowhere (online or in their storefront) is it mentioned that they won't serve just any patient. But apparently I'm not special enough.
