Emerald Hills Pharmacy

I keep giving this place a chance , but they disappoint each time. Every single time they’re late with rx, they never call to confirm if the rx was even sent or ready. Come up with excuses at all times. Did I mention the wait time on the phone? Ridiculous!

I’m warning others because this experience matches a pharmacy prescription fraud scheme. I was contacted about a prescription allegedly sent here and was asked to pay online upfront. I verified with my doctor, and they confirmed nothing was sent to this pharmacy. This is highly suspicious. Do not pay anything or trust this without confirming directly with your provider.

This pharmacy is wonderful. Krystal, specifically, has been absolutely amazing. She is so kind, patient, and helpful. Wish everything in life could be as seamless as my transaction with this pharmacy and Krystal!!!

Krystal is awesome! Best customer service pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! If I lived closer I would switch ALLL of my prescriptions to Emerald Hills!
