Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy

I have only had a positive experience with this pharmacy for my sons eye medication. I had to switch pharmacies for insurance reasons and I had such a bad experience after three months I switched back. They are extremely caring and helpful I give 5+++ stars.

They took a once functioning neighborhood pharmacy and turned it into a boondoggle. Just avoid and go elsewhere it feels like a fake operation now.

very frustrated. Been waiting for a prescription for my son for over 2 weeks and nothing. No one answers the phone calls and no one returns the calls.

Unresponsive initially. Had to re-route the prescription to a different pharmacy that was able to have it ready same day. Pharmacist ultimately followed up with me, but delay wasn’t feasible for me.

Very expensive and takes so much time to mail out. They charged me 10x higher than my previous one. Same generic eye drop ingredients!! Is this joke? Don’t waste your money and time with these guys. I had to order somewhere else after ripped off from them! Response to below: You are misleading! I compared with another compounding pharmacy and their price is much cheaper than yours! Basically, your price is a way higher than others regardless of insurance.
