They seemed decent at first. Onboarding ok, a real person to talk to. However, they sent my patient an inert product. Their “tirzepatide” is essentially water. They said “increase dose” and then used the dose change as a reason not to supply a replacement (after assuring me they could replace it). I then asked for a refund on her behalf since their product is poor quality. Of course, no help there and they wasted my time. They kept giving me the run around. Different stories for why they sent an inactive product. Different reasons for why they couldnt send a replacement- pretty sure they make up their policies on the fly. I prefer staying with local businesses but I won’t be using them again. Why spend hundreds of dollars on a vial of water they call tirzepatide.

It is very disappointing that in order for them to give me a medication they take up to 3 to 4 days and even more. They should do better with the service. It is unacceptable .
