West Knoll Pharmacy

This has been my go to pharmacy for over 15 years. There is nothing like a small business pharmacy that makes you feel important and well taken care of like West Knoll Pharmacy. I cannot even begin to explain what a difference they’ve made in every part of my healthcare and medical Treatments I’ve had to deal with! They have legitimately been there with me along the way through a pregnancy, brain, surgery, ongoing migraine issues, and more. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m sure many of you have had issues with big name pharmacies and if you’re looking for somewhere that actually cares about what they do and takes you seriously this is the place! UPDATE! This place has only gotten better over the last few years. With insurance rates soaring and doctors getting busier and busier I am telling you some days the people here are my only advocate. I’m eternally grateful for west knoll pharmacy. They deliver meds also for anyone who needs that. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

As a veteran of the chain pharmacies, I can tell you that switching to a place like West Knoll is one of the best decisions you'll ever make. Unlike the chain pharmacies, West Knoll can fill prescriptions within minutes if you walk in (but it's still considerate to call ahead), and their staff is literally a family, so you feel as though you've been welcomed into someone's home when you visit. West Knoll has turned a most unpleasant experience -- visiting the pharmacy -- into something I enjoy. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Transferred my prescriptions here after having had enough of Walgreens and CVS. I'm very glad I did. They filled my prescriptions immediately and when I went to pick them up I was exceptionally well treated by the staff. The pharmacist introduced himself, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. This is superlative customer service and very highly appreciated. Absolutely five stars.

Best pharmacy ever. The staff is just so nice. WAY better deals than CVS or Walgreens. The best part is how easy they are to reach. I can text them about refills, timing, or random questions and they reply quickly. No sitting on hold, no phone tree, actual humans who are super responsive and make everything simple. They’ve helped me sort out insurance stuff, kept me posted when a refill was ready, and even gave me options when something was out of stock. It feels like having a best friend who runs a pharmacy. If you want friendly service, real savings, and stress-free communication, this place is it. Truly my best pharmacy experience by far.
